Warranty
ODORÉ jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:
• Manufacturing defects
• Clasp issues
• Plating defects due to a manufacturing fault
The warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear due to time and use
• Scratches, impacts, or deformations
• Alteration of plating due to intensive daily use, contact with water, cosmetic products, or any inappropriate use
